The Typical Wedding Ceremony

1. The average ceremony takes place at a reception hall, usually outdoors. The music is provided by the DJ.

2. The length of the average ceremony is 25 minutes. Most couples prefer a shorter ceremony, but not too short.

3. Couples prefer traditional vows, traditional music, a unity candle, a reading from Scripture or a poem, and the conclusion: “You may now kiss the bride”
